2 pieces of gluten free or Ezekiel bread
1-2 Tbsp nut or seed butter (currently we are using organic sunflower seed butter since we are trying to heal Harper’s gut health and are trying to stay away from nuts that are most affected by mold like peanuts, cashews and pistachios)

Toast bread, then spread on some nut/seed butter. Finish off by sprinkling on some Forever Beautiful and enjoy!
