Some days I don’t have the time to spend on an elaborate dinner, but I still want my family eating clean and healthy. Here is one of my go to quick meals:
💫Organic Turkey Burgers: I use Applegate Farms Organic Turkey Burgers, with only two ingredients, organic turkey and organic rosemary extract
💫Mashed avocado: Not only does this provide a nice texture for the wraps, but also provides you with vitamins C and K, as well as potassium, folic acid, and copper
💫Bruschetta: Provides the body with omega 3s, vitamins D,B and A. Good source of calcium, iron and phosphorus.
💫Butterhead lettuce: Makes for a nice low carb alternative. Has high concentrations of calcium, magnesium, potassium, and vitamins A, C, and K
Cook turkey burgers in a single layer on a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat, for about 6 minutes per side. Once cooked, cut up burgers into smaller pieces and place on top of butterhead lettuce. Finish off the turkey wrap with guacamole and bruschetta.
